For my US customers, since I live close to the border, the packages will be taken across the border and shipped with USPS.
For my Canadian customers, I will use a courier company. I will need to raise the postage to $10 to cover some of the cost but it will come with tracking. This is a very economical alternative to Canada Post.

My mugs are packed in a high density foam box inside of the regular shipping box to ensure that they arrive safely to your door.
