Local contact-less delivery is available for the Thunder Bay, Ontario area.

Additional Items

Additional items do not increase your shipping costs until your items exceed 100g in weight. Most of my keychains only weigh about .018g, so feel free to add additional items to your order.

Mugs

When you purchase a mug, it is produced and shipped by a third-party company. It will be shipped directly to you from their facility in Canada. I am not able to control the shipping time but they seem to arrive in a reasonable time.

Processing Times

Your order is usually shipped within 0-4 days. I go to the post office almost every day, so if I get your order in the morning (EST), there is a good chance that it will go out the same day. Otherwise, it will go out the next day. If you order late on Friday or over the weekend, your order will go out Monday morning.

Shipping Times

You will receive an email notice when your item has shipped with an estimated delivery date. This date is not a guarantee! Many things will affect the delivery of your package, especially if you are in a different country than I am. Your package could easily sit at your border with customs for a couple days.

COVID-19 Delays

Our postal workers have been heroes throughout this pandemic and many of them have been exposed to Covid-19 and have need to isolate. This and social distancing rules have put a severe strain on the postal system here in Canada and in other countries as well. I cannot be responsible for late delivery of orders. Please be patient and plan ahead with your purchases. Refunds will not be issued because your gift didn’t arrive on time.

Canada Post Shipping Costs

I ship with Canada Post. If you are in Canada and you order small items such as keychains, pins and other jewellry, your order will be shipped in a bubble envelope as oversized letter mail. If you are in the US or other countries, your order will be shipped as Small Packet Air (for USA) and Small Packet Air International (for everyone else).

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs, import or VAT taxes that may apply. I have no knowledge of the import taxes for your country.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

If you have a problem with any of my products, please contact me and we can work to solve the issue together. I will accept returns and issue a refund if there is a defect or breakage in the product. Please do not return the product without contacting me first. You will be responsible for return postage costs.
